How to formulate a facial wash.

Concept: 
Amino acid-based surfactant-Glutamate as mainly cleansing agent. 
WQ 1200 LG also has strong detergency and luxurious foam however it is very easy to rinse off.
Witch hazel extract is known as good astringent while tea tree extract works as anti bacterial and anti acne.
Phenoxyethanol-free preservative with Troycare EPP 19.

Procedure

1. Pre-disperse phase B and heat in temperature 60o-70o
2. Add phase A to phase B and mix until  homogenous
3. Add phase C to bulk no.3 and mix until homogenous
4. Decrease the temperature until 40o-50oC and add phase D 
5. Pre-disperse phase E, then add to bulk no. 4, mix until homogenous
6. Add phase F and mix until homogenous
7. Adjust pH with citric acid until pH in range 6 - 7
