GZ-MSD-1250S-A is a Standard Baking Dry Cabinet by GMS. It is a dual-purpose drying cabinet that can be used as a standard humidity control storage cabinet or a 40℃ baking cabinet. Under internal environment is ≤5% RH, MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices) or components can be baked in an environment of 40℃. The temperature-controlled drying cabinet can reset the floor life and has been proven to replace traditional components ovens for baking while dehumidifying with stable conditions.
This model is particularly recommended for low-humid storage of unused SMD parts after disassemble and for baking treatment with low humidity and low temperature before the package in PCB packaging factory, which greatly improves the package yield.
