The table-type vibration isolation platform is made of hard aluminum alloy as a whole. It is equipped with an ultra-thin rubber air spring independently developed by Liansheng Technology. The pneumatic control system adopts German FESTO components. The table-type platform can be inflated. Two modes: one is automatic inflatable manual leveling, the other is mechanical inflatable manual leveling; the panel and the honeycomb aluminum plate are bonded together, with high rigidity and light weight.
